You can make the tool minimize into an icon on the Windows task bar at the bottom right of the Windows screen. When you have made your selection, it can still embed your letterhead throughout the day even while minimized.

The simple drop down menu lets you choose whether to use a letterhead or which of letterheads to use.

This means you can ensure that each E-mail message you send is just right for the person you are sending an email. For example if you were replying to enquires about a particular product we could make you a letterhead with a photograph of that particular product on the letterhead! You are bound to then get an infinitely better response from your customer.

To insert the letterhead, simply go to the option menu and import the letterheads we have made for you, and then save it in the name of your choice

Our exclusive Packed Letterhead (.plh) file is unique because it saves you time by combining both the required html and graphics file all into one easy file, making it a pleasure to use. No messing about with complicated html set up procedures... just import and go!

The editing tool gives you a number of ways you can customize the letterheads we have made for you.

From here you can additionally save your preferences as additional letterheads with the names of your choice and they will be displayed for you to choose in the drop down menu

Details such as your contact information can be added. Its even possible to add your signature under your message! Additionally a disclaimer or information can be added after your message. The content of these options can be edited easily and set to be included or not for future use by a simple checkbox

The easy to use editing tool lets you to add text on top of the letterheads we have made for you. This means you can personize each letterhead for individuals and departments if you wished. Alternatively you can add information about you company such as recent events, product launches or special promotions.
